Job purpose:
- To be responsible for monitoring of CCTV cameras located in the East London area
- To ensure an effective, helpful and courteous service is provided
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through the provision of a 24-hour monitoring service from the vehicle.
- The monitoring will operate on a 12-hour shift pattern (days/nights)
Key objectives:
- To monitor activities in and around poles containing CCTV, to ensure they do not get vandalised
- Where necessary report all unauthorised activities to the appropriate agency such as the Police/Delta1
- Ensure that the action taken is recorded in the appropriate log book.
- To maintain up to date records and log books of all incidents recording the action taken as soon as possible after the event.
- To keep all logs up to date so that the following shift staff and the management team are made aware of the issue and any further action that may need to be taken.
Job Requirements
- SIA Licence
- CCTV Experience
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility on Shift pattern
- Ability to travel to the East London area
