An Architectural Practice are looking for a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to oversee an exciting portfolio. The CDM Consultant Role

As a CDM Consultant, you will take on a crucial role, leading meetings and ensuring the in-house design teams are fully aware of their CDM responsibilities. You will work within a CDM team of 5+.

* Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).* Experience: A minimum of 2 years in CDM roles* Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
