A vibrant, large architectural practice is seeking a Junior/Assistant Principal Designer to take a step up into a CDM Principal Design role. The company are known for its dedication to design excellence and its impressive portfolio of high-profile projects, this practice places a strong emphasis on nurturing and supporting its team. This position is looking for someone to eventually look after their own client portfolio.

They are willing to provide CPD and support to the right individual which will provide a clear path of progression into leading your own portfolio of in-house and external projects.

The CDM Consultant Role

As the Principal Designer, you will oversee a portfolio of dynamic projects, taking on the dual role of Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You'll collaborate closely within a dedicated team of CDM and Health & Safety professionals.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 1 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
