Croydon Full-Time – 49hrs P/week

Harry at Amber Mace is working with a great client is expanding their team and looking for a motivated and skilled Charge Nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the drive to improve patient care and uphold the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered clinical care.
• Ensure that care standards for residents are consistently maintained.
• Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct in all nursing practices.
• Involve and support residents, their families, carers, and friends in the care process.
• Ensure a safe environment for yourself, colleagues, visitors, and residents.
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and professional obligations.
• Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and privacy for all residents.
• Uphold equality and diversity values, respecting each resident's cultural, religious, and personal identity.
• Strictly follow infection control protocols to ensure safety and well-being.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Registered Nurse (RN1) with an active NMC registration.
• Strong understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
• Proficiency in dispensing and administering oral medications.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workloads effectively in a busy environment.
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ideally have experience working with Critical Care.
