About the Role
Were looking for a Chef De Partie for a luxury 5 Star hotel in Central London. As a Chef De Partie, youll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and reputation.
Youll work with the best quality seasonal ingredients to create modern cuisine for the fine dining restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Executive Chef, who will support with your continued career development and onward progression.
Mostly straight shifts + paid overtime. Working in a well-equipped and recently renovated kitchen.
What were looking for in a Chef De Partie
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a Demi Chef De Partie ready for progression, within a high quality restaurant or hotel.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed, the rota will entail 45 hours per week.
- Experience preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a 1-2 AA Rosette level or equivalent.
