Intex Facades Limited is seeking experienced Cladding Fixers for their London based project.
Founded in 2004, the company has completed over 300 SFS and Rain screen Cladding projects nationwide.
Applicants must have a CSCS Card and good cladding and fire stop knowledge.
The job duties include removal and installation of cladding system, fire stops, and reclad.
The start date is ASAP with a rate of Price work and requires at least some years of experience in the field.

Intex Facades Limited are looking for experienced Cladding Fixers for our London based project. You will report into the Site Manager for strip and reclad including fire stops.

Essential Qualifications and experience:

CSCS Card
Good cladding and fire stop knowledge

Duties:

Removal of cladding system
Installation of fire stops
Reclad / installation
Own tools required
To perform the job in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time
