- Review client statements using Tagmin and coordinate with client teams.
- Match payments to projects, calculate commission splits, and manage transfers.
- Lead bi-weekly income reviews and act as the first point of contact for payment queries.
- Raise and chase client invoices, including VAT-specific invoices.
- Generate ledgers, post transactions in Sage, and assist with reconciliations.
- Supervise, train, and support the Client Payment Assistant.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to month-end financial tasks.
- Experience managing high-volume transactions and working in a management agency or similar environment.
- Strong financial skills with excellent attention to detail and Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of Sage and Tagmin (advantageous).
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team member (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- A “can-do” attitude, passion for entertainment, and a desire to grow with the business.
