With offices in London and Los Angeles, this is an exciting time to become part of a dynamic business with a strong industry reputation and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.The Role As Client Payment Supervisor, you’ll support the client management team to ensure accurate and timely payments while driving process improvements. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll also oversee and develop a Client Payment Assistant.Key Responsibilities
  • Review client statements using Tagmin and coordinate with client teams.
  • Match payments to projects, calculate commission splits, and manage transfers.
  • Lead bi-weekly income reviews and act as the first point of contact for payment queries.
  • Raise and chase client invoices, including VAT-specific invoices.
  • Generate ledgers, post transactions in Sage, and assist with reconciliations.
  • Supervise, train, and support the Client Payment Assistant.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to month-end financial tasks.
About You You’ll have:
  • Experience managing high-volume transactions and working in a management agency or similar environment.
  • Strong financial skills with excellent attention to detail and Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Sage and Tagmin (advantageous).
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team member (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • A “can-do” attitude, passion for entertainment, and a desire to grow with the business.
