C.Neo Ltd are working exclusively with an appointed Project Manager to recruit an experienced client side Project Manager on an exciting and prestigious Shell & Core fit out project in Camden Town, London

The Project is a Shell & core Category A & B 14 million fit outproject reporting directly into the Director of Estates.

The ideal Client Side Project Manager will need to have the capability to start at fairly short notice due to Project going live on 6th January 2025 and have a proven track record of delivering similar value Cat A & B fit out projects from a client side position.

Typical duties of the Cleint Side Project Manager are as follows

  • To manage the day to day delivery of theBuilding Project
  • Review project scope and manage the project delivery challenges ensuring best practice is followed, risk is recorded and managed and Health and Safety procedures are followed
  • Review of all documentation from the external Project managers and Architects.
  • Review and manage change control
  • To work with the procurement team to manage contracts and service delivery
  • To continually monitor progress on site to ensure delivery is on time and on budget
  • To attend all relevant meetings with the design team
  • To provide input to the monthly reports.
  • To deliver and set up all on-going maintenance and servicing contracts post completion
  • To provide effective handover to the Head of Estates on completion
  • To manage cash flow and budget projection for the project
  • To complete all necessary paperwork and administration
  • To comply with existing Project Execution Plans processes and protocols
  • To oversee any necessary planning requirements
  • To ensure that all deliverables are in accordance with the lease agreement
  • To manage the Academys H&S resource for the project
