The Opportunity:Nigel Wright Group are excited to be partnering with a leading and growing managed IT services provider as they expand their Client Success team across the UK. Our client supports businesses with cutting edge technology solutions and provide a consistent world class service. As a Client Success Manager, you will be tasked with driving retention and growth within an existing client base, understanding their business needs and objectives to build a technology roadmap to support their plans. This role is home-based with regular national travel.
