Based in London, we work with global businesses such as Dune London, Sodexo, Thomson Reuters, and Mars, delivering expert SEO strategies that drive measurable results.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Client Success Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing and growing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth through exceptional account management, and ensuring the seamless delivery of successful campaigns.

Client Success Manager - About the Role:

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving measurable success? As a Client Success Manager at POLARIS, you’ll play a pivotal role in handling new business inquiries, nurturing prospects, and converting them into loyal clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring they achieve success with their campaigns and see a measurable return on investment.

Drawing on your consultative sales and account management expertise, you will build and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. Additionally, you’ll oversee client projects using the company’s project management system, providing regular progress updates to both internal and client stakeholders.

Client Success Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of prospects within eCommerce, B2B, and SaaS sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional account management.
  • Use the company project management tool, Zoho Projects, to keep client projects updated with scope, and report on progress both internally and externally
  • Use LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach to engage prospects and share tailored pitches.
  • Create professional pitch decks using PowerPoint, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce engaging webinars for prospects and clients.
  • Organise and track client deliverables using CRM and project management tools.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights and growth opportunities for clients.
  • Represent the agency at networking events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a digital agency, ideally in sales or account management.
  • Passionate about consultative sales, with strong pitching and negotiation skills.
  • Excels in building genuine, engaging relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and ensures deadlines are met.
  • Has a good understanding of digital marketing (knowledge of SEO is desirable but not essential).
  • Unapologetically ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to contribute ideas that drive results.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
