Hunter AHP are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience across acute medical wards and proficiency in Cerner to make a positive impact within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services across acute medical wards
- Providing expert advice on medication management and clinical decision support
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
- Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines within the hospital
- Accurately documenting patient interactions and medication recommendations
- Experience with Cerner to input and track patient medication records
- Band 7 - 8a level of experience
- Proven experience across acute medical wards
- Cerner experience is essential
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- A valid GPhC registration
- Hours Available: 3, 4, or 5 days per week
- Hourly Rate: £30 - £37 per hour (dependent on experience)
