A fast-growing independent insurance brokerage, is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join their growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with mid-market and corporate clients, managing a diverse range of policies including Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Marine, Liability, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily insurance requirements for clients, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general queries
- Provide professional advice to clients while maintaining excellent service standards
- Prepare detailed fact finds and risk presentations for new business and renewals
- Negotiate terms with insurers, ensuring compliance with FCA and company guidelines
- Attend client and insurer meetings, becoming a vital part of the servicing team
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Commercial Combined, PI, and Management Liability policies
- Intermediate knowledge of Acturis and strong insurer market expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- CII qualifications (desirable but not essential)
