Commercial Director - 6 Months Contract - UK Government Assignment
Pay range: 8 - 900 per day, Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months initially
Location: Hybrid (London or York)
Scope:
Leading and managing all post-contract commercial activities across thieir capital (Capex) and operational (Opex) expenditure programmes
Requirements:
significant experience of various standard forms of contract and their application and/or amendment to reflect particular contractual circumstances
significant experience in the commercial management of high value, complex contracting situations
