The firm is known for its innovative approach, leveraging emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions and deliver exceptional results for clients.This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-ranked Life Sciences and TMT sector group, advising clients across various industries. The team works closely together to provide comprehensive support on a wide range of matters, helping clients navigate the full product lifecycle, from IP issues and collaboration arrangements to commercialisation and supply chain management.As part of this dynamic team, you will:
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including collaboration, licensing, supply, and distribution agreements.
  • Advise on a variety of commercial, IP, IT, and data protection matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to provide professional support on key projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to business development and attend marketing events.

  • Experience in the life sciences or TMT (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of IP, IT, technology, and data protection, along with broad commercial expertise.
  • Familiarity with the life sciences regulatory regime (beneficial but not required).
  • Between 2-7 years PQE, with experience at a leading law firm or in-house within the industry.
  • Confidence in dealing directly with clients, including major blue-chip companies.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, actionable advice.
  • Proven ability to manage your own matters and assist on more complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and experience in client-facing roles.
