  • As a result, we’ve been asked to help them find their next Commercial Licensee Partnerships Manager, to support the commercial lead, and with plans to succeed the commercial lead over time.

The role:

  • As Commercial Licensee Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our client’s value and services to their existing partnerships whilst identifying and converting new licensing opportunities within food manufacturing, retail and OOH channels.
  • The Commercial Licensee Partnerships Manager will develop collaborative relationships with your pre-defined group of customers and licensees.
  • As Commercial Licensee Partnerships Manager, you will input to the overall company commercial strategy whilst implementing and delivering channel specific strategy.
  • Support the commercial in the delivery of the annual fee renewal process.
  • The Commercial Licensee Partnerships Manager will deputise for the commercial lead, who this role will eventually succeed.

Ideal candidate:

  • To be considered for this role you will be degree educated and currently be operating in a commercial / sales capacity within the FMCG sector.
  • You will be a tenacious self-starter, with experience of Key Account Management / partnership development within FMCG.
  • You will have a thorough understanding of the UK food and beverage marketplace, UK consumer trends, and UK retailers.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence that enables collaborative working, with the ability to operate independently as well as cross-functionally as part of an agile team.
  • Excellent organisational skills ensuring balancing licensee and stakeholder deliverables on major projects.
  • You will deputise in the absence of the commercial lead, who this role will succeed over a 2-3-year period.
