The Role:
Are you a commercially-astute, part-qualified or qualified life/pensions actuary with experience of the bulk annuity market and longevity swap pricing?
Then this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step on your career ladder within a leading global reinsurer, joining their commercial team as a subject matter expert in pricing and processes and helping to drive new business opportunities.
In this diverse role, you will cover a wide range of workstreams including:
- origination
- pricing
- proposition and basis development
- market monitoring; in-force management; and
- process and systems development.
What will I need?
- Excellent technical skills
- the ability to develop models in Excel, VBA, R, or other programming languages
- strong analytical and modelling skills
- well-honed interpersonal and communication abilities
- confident thought leadership and knowledge-sharing aptitude.
