What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our CAMHS Liaison Team as a Band 6 CPN, supporting children and young people in crisis. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Conducting mental health assessments in acute and community settings.? Providing crisis intervention and risk management strategies.? Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers.? Developing and implementing care plans tailored to young people’s needs.? Safeguarding and ensuring the safety of vulnerable individuals.? Supporting transitions between services and signposting to relevant support networks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).? Experience working within CAMHS or crisis mental health services.? Strong risk assessment and crisis intervention skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.? A valid full UK driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
