My client is looking for an outstanding Compensation and Reward Manager to join their team specifically for 12-months to help work on the designing and implementation of a new compensation plan and system.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a small-medium sized Financial Services company (Private Equity/ Hedge Fund/ Asset Management preferable), knowledge/experience working with Power BI and Workday and ideally will have worked within a complex or global organisation.

Core responsibilities will include benchmarking, market analysis, data analyst and reporting, annual reward cycle management (including salary reviews, bonus allocations and LTIPs), program development and implementation experience and prior experience of system implementation.

You must have advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity of compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
