Compensation Analyst - Permanent, London - Hybrid, Up to £55,000 DOE

Are you ready to advance your career in compensation at a dynamic, future-focused firm? We're searching for a Compensation Analyst to play a vital role in the compensation team of a leading law firm. This position will support pay programs, analyse compensation data and trends, and work closely with HR and finance to maintain competitive and fair compensation structures aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Compensation Manager to manage the annual salary and bonus review process, ensuring it runs smoothly for various business groups
  • Conduct job mapping and pricing, providing insights that keep our compensation competitive and aligned with business goals
  • Support the design and development of bonus plans to align with internal objectives and external market standards, and maintain updated resources on our intranet
  • Administer the UK Gender Pay Gap reporting process, managing stakeholders and presenting findings as the subject matter expert
  • Handle the submission of salary surveys, building strong relationships with survey providers to access additional market insights

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in compensation administration, including knowledge of compensation review processes
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels and cultures
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Previous experience in a law firm or similar professional setting is an advantage
