Holidays are accrued for PAYE contractors and they get 28days to start off with which increases to 33days after 12weeks.

Summary
Sitting within the Global Total Rewards Team, this role will support the delivery of our Career Framework project. The role will work directly with members across the Total Rewards team, business & HR representatives, internal consultants, and external advisors to support the review and implementation of changes to our Career Framework. The Framework comprises our job architecture (job families and job functions), corporate levels, and job titles.
Responsibilities
The Role
- Review and identify enhancements for the updated career framework, including job functions and families
- Develop tools and processes for the effective mapping of colleagues to jobs
- Support calibration activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of alignment
- Develop communication materials and deliver training to stakeholders
- Develop governance framework, including tools, processes, and training materials
The Requirements
- Experience in job architecture, including WTW job evaluation methodology
- Experience in managing projects
- Ability to develop engaging resources for different audiences
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible team player, a positive contributor to wider team efforts
Desirable
- Experience working remotely in a global organisation
- Advanced analytics or reporting skills (eg Power BI)
- Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
