Summary

Sitting within the Global Total Rewards Team, this role will support the delivery of the EU Pay Transparency Directive project. The role will work directly with members across the Total Rewards team, Country HR colleagues, internal consultants, and external advisors to implement solutions which support/ensure compliance to EU pay transparency legislation.

Responsibilities

The Role

  • Develop tools and processes for the effective deployment of the data collection process
  • Support with the analysis and summarise key findings, including modelling to support decision-making
  • Develop communication materials and deliver training to stakeholders
  • Develop governance framework, including tools, processes and training materials
  • Gathering and interpreting stakeholder feedback to support change management activities

The Requirements

  • Experience in gender pay gap reporting
  • Ability to build relationships quickly, with exceptional client relationship skills
  • Experience in managing global / regional HR projects
  • Advanced excel and powerpoint skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop engaging resources for different audiences
  • Flexible team player, a positive contributor to wider team efforts

Desirable

  • Experience working remotely in a global organisation
  • PowerBI skills or advanced reporting skills
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
