This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & HR Assistant to join an innovative medical company based in London.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with regulatory compliance, monitor internal controls, and support audits to ensure all sites meets all necessary standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate on HR processes, from recruitment to onboarding, helping ensure a positive employee experience and seamless HR operations
  • Maintain accurate employee and compliance records, manage confidential information securely and streamline documentation processes
  • Assist in the creation and roll-out of policies that support values and commitment to ethical research and patient-centred care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a compliance, HR, or administrative role; healthcare or research setting experience is a plus
  • A meticulous approach to maintaining records, monitoring regulations and following up on compliance matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to support both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient with MS Office and HR software; experience with compliance software is an advantage
