You love the people aspect and are commercially minded – you can have deep, emotionally intelligent and meaningful conversations with senior business clients and always aim to fully understand their needs.
 
You’ll be:
  • A part of creating immersive, experiential events, activations, and workshops to make the change happen in an exciting, fun, and compelling way.
  • Working with clients world-wide across different sectors that include pharma.
  • Working on both internal and external projects alongside the interdisciplinary team (creative designers, producer, psychologists, executive coaches and facilitators).
 
You’ll have:
  • A degree in psychology or business.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience. The client will consider less experienced consultants if they have a true passion for the sector.
  • A genuine interest in culture change, leadership, emotional intelligence (EQ), behaviour change and mindset.
