A technology skills consultancy has grown hugely the past 3 years to 70 people, following being acquired by a 100m group in 2021. The firm specialisesin technology training for banks, FS businesses and wider industry with specialist training courses and programmes across AI, cloud computing, design thinking, software development and more.

We're looking for someone passionate about technology, people and making a real difference to work through training.
The firm has built a reputation in the FS / banking space and we are looking for 2 people to help continue the build out of this success in 1) a customer success/account manager role and 2) in a new sales/new business role. One will be more farmer focused and the other more hunter focused. This is a start-up type environment and we're looking for people who love variety; you could get involved in customer success, sales, new business, marketing, attending conferecnes, writing white papers; this is much more than your average Customer Success/Account Manager role!
With the average project to clients around (Apply online only)K in value, these are longer sales cycles and more consultative selling, building trusted relationships with COOs, Heads of Technology, Heads of Trading and Heads of Finance in top banking businesses. The firm also sells specialist leadership training courses and further online training programmes.
For the customer success role, we're looking for:
1. Proven customer success / account management / relationship management experience
2. Ability to manage a budget between 500K to 1m in recurring revenue
3. Ideally abilliy to navigate and manage a large banking business both horizontally and vertically
4. Smart, well organised and knowledgeable when it comes to account planning and forecasting
5. Career minded - your role is likely to change and grow significantly within the first 18 months including attending conferences, writing white papers, working with marketing, doing some sales...
For the new business/new sales role, we are looking for:
1. Track record of driving new business/sales into large enterprise accounts, ideally FS
2. Structuredand smart approach to account planning and new business development
3.Ideally abilliy to navigate and manage a large banking business both horizontally and vertically
4. Hunger and will to succeed, though supportive and empathetic to the different needs of clients
5. Energetic and motivated to work with a variety of teams across training, sales, customer success, marketing etc.
