Our client is seeking a Content Engagement Manager to join as a key member of the communications team to share the value of the vital work delivered by the organisation. Supporting the collaborative development and delivery of technical content that engages & informs all audience groups and promotes the work of the organisation.

Description
Reporting to the Director of Communication & Stakeholder Engagement as the Content Engagement Manager your key responsibilities will involve (but not be limited to):
- Annual Report Fully support theADCSE with the project management process in developing content and the publication of the Annual Report, along with the wider Editorial Committee.
- Effectively manage report workflow from content-gathering through to execution, proactively identifying tasks to be undertaken, design content generation, wider production, delivering outcomes to agreed schedules in relation to the Annual Report timeline, managing contractors for the development of the report into other digital formats.
- Oversee design and layout of Annual Report associated documentation and any other publications utilising software such as Adobe InDesign, in accordance with the company brand guidelines.
- Content Calendar oversee content calendar and work with other team members to create content to be shared on social media channels, making sure a balanced schedule is delivered across an array of content.
- Website Content Management manage the organisation's website and microsites, keeping them updated, following agreed processes and enabling further development.
- Content & Collateral support wider work for the creation of collateral and promotional materials that increase the brand value such as webinars, video and infographic material.
- Additional Communications Activity as part of the team you will also support across
- event & meeting organisation and delivery
- collaborating with external agencies & stakeholders to create content that promotes the organisations reputation and success in accordance with brand guidelines
Profile
The candidate that secures the Content Engagement Manager position will bring the following skills & attributes:
- A proven track record in a technical content communications role, ideally with some experience in the public health or health related not-for-profit sectors
- Track record of communicating successfully and with impact across a range of digital channels
- Proven experience of website management and content management systems (WordPress is an advantage) and analytics.
- Demonstrable experience of working on corporate reports & digital newsletters.
- Knowledge and use of social media channels and paid digital tools
- Sound judgement to achieve optimum outcome, works collaboratively across complex subjects.
- Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-builder and team player, with the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels.
- This is a homeworking role but requires occasional travel to meetings, mainly in London.
