A well-regarded team at this Legal 100 firm in London is seeking a contentious probate solicitor join the department.

The team deals with a range of private wealth disputes, including:

Disputed wills
Inheritance Act claims
Onshore and offshore trust disputes
Equitable claims
Court of Protection disputes

Clients include private individuals, trust corporations, charitable organisations, professional executors and financial institutions.

This role would suit a junior solicitor with experience of contentious wills, trusts and estates, including NQs with a seat in this area of law. You should also either have the ACTAPS diploma or be keen to work towards it.
