Our Client is looking for a shift Engineer to workin a famous building in the City,just a short walk fromAldgate station,London. You will be working for one of the most innovative Building services companies in the UK known for their training and progression. On offer is a salary of up to 54,000 with overtime available and AP bonus.

Day to Day Duties

• Control Panels
• Lighting
• Emergency lighting tests
• Single and Three phrase
• AHU and FCU maintenance .
• Small installation, Fault-finding,
• Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel,
• Power distribution)
• Fire Alarm Test's
• Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
• General plumbing maintenance: etc.
• Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units.
• HVAC plant
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

You will be working Continental(12-hour days and nights) shift pattern that keeps 2 clear weekends free a month.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Qualified In an Electrical or mechanical discipline with certificates.
• General Building services skills
• Experience with PPMs on commercial systems
• Steady and progressive work history
• Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
