Spectrum IT are working with a renowned and international business to recruit for a Contract CMS & Offers Editor. This is an initial 6 month contract role and engagement will be via an umbrella company. This is a hybrid working role, requiring you to be onsite 3 days per week in the Central London office.

Joining a team focused on the performance and capabilities of the e-commerce platform, you will be responsible for delivering the best possible customer platform and brand experiences that drive conversion, brand loyalty and helps to identify products unique positioning within the market.

Responsibilities

  • The creation of website pages and content slots, components etc using the assets provided by the inhouse teams
  • Set up of Offers, following brand team specifications in terms of (but not limited) to qualifications, exclusions, content, T&Cs and website display
  • Provide support the QA and Testing where applicable following guidelines provided by the wider QA team
  • Be a key component of the multiple large and high priority product streams, aiming to become a subject matter expert within the team for all things CMS &
  • Focus on actively improving team processes and ways of working
  • Independently presents work to stakeholders and wider business delivering rationale and promoting best methodologies
  • General line management responsibility for direct reports - CMS & Offers Assistant
  • Work in close collaboration with Digital Design and other corporate functions on key collaborative projects


Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience using content management tools with a good knowledge of all aspects of basic HTML, CSS, SEO and Accessibility
  • Strong attention to detail with a mindset for technical problem-solving
  • Experience setting up offers and understanding business logic and mechanics
  • Experience working with Designers and wider design teams
  • Experienced user of workflow tools such as JIRA
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management and presentation skills
  • eCommerce experience and background
