A market leader within the super prime residential sector is seeking to appoint a new Senior Project Manager to join its London structures division.
Having overseen year on year growth over the past decade, it is well-positioned to continue their success and have a very strong order book of exciting super prime projects.
This opportunity would suit your attributes and experience if you share the following:
- Ability to provide concrete evidence of successfully delivering super prime projects
- Possess professional and client facing skills
- A very strong background in basements, groundworks, complex refurbishments, temporary works, and RC frames within the super prime residential sector.
- An excellent knowledge with pre-construction planning
- A client facing and collaborative approach will be required
- Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Stable employment history with a similar company within the Super Prime Residential sector.
