Contract Specialist£25,000 - £30,000CityTHE COMPANY: A global integrated trading company based in the heart of the City are looking for a Contract Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis.THE ROLE: The Contract Specialist’s duties will include:
  • Liaising with customers and other offices in relation to enquiries, securing orders and contract execution
  • Month end accounting procedures
  • Administration duties for sales/purchase orders such as international delivery coordination, accounts payable and accounts receivables and chasing overdue invoices
  • Maintaining customer files and issuing accurate shipping/customs documentation
  • Issuing invoices
THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience working within a similar role in a professional services company
  • Experience using SAP or similar software
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Prioritising skills and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
