- Liaising with customers and other offices in relation to enquiries, securing orders and contract execution
- Month end accounting procedures
- Administration duties for sales/purchase orders such as international delivery coordination, accounts payable and accounts receivables and chasing overdue invoices
- Maintaining customer files and issuing accurate shipping/customs documentation
- Issuing invoices
- Previous experience working within a similar role in a professional services company
- Experience using SAP or similar software
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Prioritising skills and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
