The Role: CRO Specialist (B2B SaaS)We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist with a strong background in B2B SaaS (not e-commerce). You will be responsible for analysing user behaviour, optimising lead generation funnels, and improving website conversion rates for our SaaS clients.
As our CRO expert, you will play a key role in driving more sign-ups, demo requests, and conversions through data-backed experimentation and UX enhancements.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2B SaaS website CRO audits
User Behaviour Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms to analyse user journeys and identify friction points.
Conversion Optimisation Strategy: Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimise sign-ups, demo requests, and free trial conversions.
Landing Page & Funnel Optimisation: Collaborate with Content, Design, Development, and Performance teams to enhance website performance.
Technology & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest CRO tools, trends, and methodologies, acting as the internal expert for CRO-related queries.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with developers, designers, marketers, and product managers to ensure CRO insights are implemented effectively.
Continuous Reporting & Optimisation: Monitor KPIs, heatmaps, and session recordings, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS CRO.
3+ years of hands-on experience in conversion rate optimisation, website experimentation, and user behaviour analysis.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics platforms.
Experience with A/B testing tools.
Familiarity with session replay and heatmap tools.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and a track record of optimising SaaS lead generation funnels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams.
