Some of your duties will include:

- Managing own caseload of clients and completing residential conveyancing cases

- Liaising with clients, ascertaining their requirements and administering work load

- Ordering pre-transactional property searches and various Land Registry searches

- Preparing post completion work including completing API, TRI, RXI, UN2 drafts

- Producing draft SDLT returns and arranging the submission of these to Land Registry

- Completing pre-loan enquiries and compiling due diligence reports on all cases
