Corporate Legal PA & HR Administrator

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen at one of our International law firms who are looking to recruit a pivotal role for their London office as a Corporate Legal PA & HR Administrator who will support 2 allocated Partners and team as well as be responsible for all HR administration on a permanent basis:

  • Salary to £55,000
  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)
  • 9:30am till 5:30pm
  • Excellent employee benefits

Corporate Legal PA responsibilities:

  • Full secretarial support – diary and travel management, business development assistance, document amendments and production
  • Collating, calculating and submitting expenses for the team
  • Workflow delegation for secretarial team / absence management

HR Administration responsibilities:

  • Documenting and reporting annual leave, sickness, and other absences for the London office
  • Preparing an annual reports for the Finance Department
  • Assisting the HR Partner and Managing Partner on HR issues
  • Liaising with agencies regarding CVs, interviews and job offers for new business services requirements

Corporate Legal PA & HR Administrator Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 years+ Corporate Legal PA/Secretarial experience within a law firm
  • Previous experience within HR administration
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
