JOB TITLE - Cover Manager/ Careers Officer
ABOUT THE SCHOOL Prospero Teaching is looking for a Cover Manager for an Ofsted Good Secondary school in Tower Hamlets, East London. The school is a medium size mainstream Secondary School with a supportive department. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. The position is open to all. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position. CONTRACT DETAILS
路 Location - Tower Hamlets 路 Position - Cover Manager/Careers Officer 路 Type of work - Staff Absences/Supply 路 Contract or position start date - ASAP 路 Duration / Likely Duration - 2 terms until end of the academic year July 2025 路 Contract or position end date (if applicable) - TBC 路 Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary 路 Full time/part time - Full time 路 Minimum rate of pay - Negotiable 路 Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS 路 Minimum 1 year office experience in the UK 路 Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: 路 Hold Right to Work in the UK 路 Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application 路 Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
