Are you a motivated graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience? We’re seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Putney, Wandsworth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects.
- Maintain student engagement and discipline, promoting positive behaviour.
- Support students in their learning and development, preparing them for academic success.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a top UK university, preferably in a core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science).
- Strong classroom presence and excellent communication abilities.
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
