As a successful Cover Supervisor you will be required to take responsibility for the class, organising the classroom and learning resources along with motivating pupils in order to create a positive learning environment. Flexibilty is important as is the ability to work in all departments within all year groups.
Previous experience of working as a Cover Supervisor is essential.
