Role Description:As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play an instrumental role in ensuring continuity in education during teacher absences at schools across Camden. This role offers the opportunity to supervise a variety of subjects and year groups, helping you discover what you enjoy most while keeping every day dynamic and unique.

Who We Are Looking For:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor.
Recent graduates seeking hands-on classroom experience.
Those interested in teaching and wanting to try it out while earning!

Relevant Skills & Experience:

Strong literacy & numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C, NVQ3 or equivalent in English & Maths).
Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to collaborate as part of a wider team.
A good understanding of child safeguarding practices (certifications or qualifications in this area are highly desired).
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office, and using it effectively in the classroom.

General Duties:

Supervising and managing lessons already prepared for the class.
Managing pupil behaviour and implementing the school's behaviour policy.
Supervising a range of subjects and key stages.
Ensuring pupils remain on task throughout the lesson.
