Are you passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our network of secondary schools in Barnet & NW London.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behaviour in the absence of the teacher
Ensuring students remain engaged and on task
Supporting the school in maintaining a positive learning environment
Responding to any questions or queries from students regarding the lesson

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or within an educational setting (desirable)
Strong classroom management skills
Confidence in delivering lessons to a variety of year groups and subjects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach to challenges
