Role Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play an instrumental role in ensuring continuity in education during teacher absences at schools across Wandsworth. Who We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor.
- Recent graduates seeking hands-on classroom experience.

Relevant Skills & Experience:
- Strong literacy & numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C, NVQ3 or equivalent in English & Maths).
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a wider team.
- A good understanding of child safeguarding practices (certifications or qualifications in this area are highly desired).
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office, and using it effectively in the classroom.
General Duties:
- Supervising and managing lessons already prepared for the class.
- Managing pupil behaviour and implementing the school's behaviour policy.
- Supervising a range of subjects and key stages.
- Ensuring pupils remain on task throughout the lesson.
