• Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and activities, maintaining a safe and effective learning space.

• Experience in managing classroom behaviour, particularly with challenging behaviours.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff in Brent.
• Ability to remain calm and assertive in challenging situations, promoting a positive classroom environment.
• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
