GSL Education London Branch is looking for a dedicated Cover Teacher (Science) to join a vibrant team at a client secondary school in Islington. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives.

What You'll Do as a Cover Teacher:

Deliver dynamic and engaging science lessons to students.
Support the teaching and learning of science across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to student needs.
Provide individual or small group support to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts.
Monitor and report on student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

What We're Looking For in a Cover Teacher Role:

Experience as a Cover Teacher (Science) or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the science curriculum and effective teaching methods.
Ability to teach and support students at KS3, KS4, and KS5 levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
