What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) as a Band 6 CPN, providing vital support to adults with complex mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Managing a caseload of service users, providing assessments and care planning.? Delivering recovery-focused interventions to support service users in the community.? Conducting risk assessments and crisis management to ensure patient safety.? Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers.? Administering medication management and monitoring mental health stability.? Supporting transitions between services and signposting to relevant resources.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? Current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).? Experience working in a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).? Strong assessment, risk management, and crisis intervention skills.? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
