Key Responsibilities:
Posting payment receipts and allocating payments dailyEnsuring customer accounts are applied accuratelyCreating, changing, and maintaining Business PartnersCollecting customer debts and emailing dunning letters as neededSending out monthly customer statements and generating ageing reportsHandling customer account queries with professionalism
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in SAP BASICIntermediate Excel skills ??Strong attention to detail and organisation
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMFriday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
