Sonic Summary

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work 25 - 30 hours per week with potential for hybrid working arrangements.
Candidates should have experience in credit control, bookkeeping, invoicing, and account reconciliations, preferably using Xero.
The role involves raising sales invoices and credit notes, managing credit control, and processing supplier invoices.
Applicants should have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is competitive, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Skills and experience required:

Credit Control

Xero - preferred

Bookkeeping

Invoicing

Account reconciliations

Experience of working within a fast paced environment

Duties:

· Raising sales invoices and credit notes (including multi-currency)

· Credit control

· Customer and supplier setup

· Supplier invoice processing

· Bank reconciliation

· Validating & coding of cash expenses

· Liaising with third-party providers, clients and suppliers as required and provide accurate information
