Salary:£49,000 per annum + HVAP £2.5k

Shifts:Continental Shifts (Days & Nights, 7AM - 7PM / 7PM - 7AM)

Are you an experienced M&E Shift Technician looking for an exciting new challenge? An opportunity to join a dynamic Facilities Management team, managing a critical financial headquarters contract in the area of Bishopsgate.

About the Role:

Youll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining a tall building with severalfloors. Your duties will include:

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.
• Working with Critical, M&Esystems and supporting AP duties.
• Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment.
• Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an M&E Shift Technician in a critical or high-rise building environment.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems and experience in Mechanical AP duties.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
