We're recruiting on behalf of an IT Services Provider who are looking for a CRM System Specialist to work on a critical migration project across their salesforce/HubSpot CRM system.
As a CRM System Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Help lead the migration process between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and completeness.
- Work within a detailed migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Configure HubSpot/Salesforce systems to meet business requirements.
- Integrate CRM platforms with existing tools and systems (e.g. marketing automation, analytics, ERP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the migration process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems, including administration and migration.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data structures and integration processes.
- Certifications in Salesforce (e.g. Salesforce Administrator) or HubSpot (desirable)
