Our client is a well-established direct sell travel company who specialise in bespoke luxury tailor-made holidays to worldwide destinations.

They are launching a luxury cruise department and are seeking an experienced and dedicated cruise specialist to join at this time of growth.

Candidates must have previous luxury cruise sales experience with a deep product knowledge of cruise products and operators to create portfolio of high margin cruise luxury cruise product to include small boutique cruises as well as the major cruise operators across core regions.

The Cruise Sales and Product Executive will be responsible for managing and converting sales with a view to grow the business to a position where the role will become a full time product role.

This role is based offered on a hybrid basismin 2 days in the office a week- Central London

Cruise Sales and Product Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their cruise preferences and needs, offering expert advice on luxury cruise options and itineraries.

Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to booking, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for every client.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Negotiate terms and manage relationships with cruise suppliers and operators

Cruise Sales and Product Specialist Experience required:

Extensive experience in within a travel agency or tour operator selling high end luxury cruises is essential

Strong knowledge of luxury cruise products and destinations, with a proven ability to match clients to the right experiences.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value bookings.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client needs and bookings are handled efficiently.

Relationships and contact with cruise suppliers and operators

CruiseSales and Product Specialist Salary andBenefits:

Base Salary of 35,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Uncapped Commission Potential of 50,000 + Uncapped
