Working primarily with Dutch-based speakers, you will provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, email and video calls.
You will also communicate with English-speaking customers.
Typically identifying and resolving problems with orders.
Occasional travel to attend conventions, training sessions and meetings.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Fluent in Dutch, both written and verbal.
Other European languages an advantage.
Previous customer service experience.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

£23,500 basic salary.
Performance-related bonus.
