If you're looking to work with innovative research techniques and work closely with AI in your qualitative research within a fast-paced, scale-up agency, this role is for you.
THE ROLE
- Taking over the ownership of AI chatbots & client experience
- Working closely with developers for product improvements
- Upselling and cross-selling the company's AI products, growing accounts and winning new business
- Running qual projects with existing clients
- Expanding this area in the future and hiring
ABOUT YOU
- Expert in qual research
- Experience running focus groups, interviews, ethnography, message testing, and segmentation
- Thrive in fast environments
- Have an interest to go above and beyond a traditional Qual researcher
- Be passionate about new developments in technology, research, and AI
- Have a desire to do sales and move into a growth role (if not from a sales background)
- Minimum 4 years experience
